Accuflite’s Terms and Conditions for

In-Store, Telephone, and E-Store Purchases, Shopping, and Sales

Pricing and Availability:

Prices are subject to change without notice. Accuflite is not responsible for typographical errors.

Conditions of sale, including price, are subject to change without prior notice--For the most current pricing, please contact Accuflite directly by phone or email.

Products listed for sale may be in stock or classified as manufacturer-ordered items; however, all products are subject to availability based on prior sale, market demand, and manufacturer's production schedules.

Dealer Pricing:

In order to purchase a firearm or to be eligible for dealer pricing & ordering benefits, a signed and current FFL copy must be filed with Accuflite prior to any shipments.

All firearm shipments require adult signature upon receipt.

Payment Options:

Accuflite accepts all major credit cards at no additional charge (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover Card)

Payments via Certified Check or Money Order are accepted.

The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is placed. CCV numbers are required on all Credit Card purchases for the protection of the card holder.

We are unable to accept cash (unless delivered in-person to our gallery), PayPal, credit vouchers, C.O.D., or gift certificates. We will accept a check through the mail for merchandise ordered online. Accuflite’s policy is to withhold shipment on any product purchased with checks over $100 until the check has cleared (up to 21 calendar days). Orders will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 14 calendar days. Credit history of the purchaser may all affect shipping dates.

Funds transfer procedures are available for international shipments.

Accuflite offers a procedure available for wire transfers of funds for international orders and orders exceeding $20,000.00 (USD). Please contact Accuflite directly for orders in this category.

Returns:

Returned products require authorization by an Accuflite manager and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All products have a thirty (30) day (from Accuflite shipment date) return limit. Products may not be opened or packaging unsealed for refunds on returns.

Resales:

Products and/or services listed herein are not for sale in any country, state, district or territory where receipt, possession, sale, transfer, or use is prohibited.

Orders:

All orders are subject to cancellation without prior notice. Accuflite reserves the rights to cancel orders to individuals failing to pass credit and/or background checks for firearms, optics and/or accessories or for any other reason that Accuflite deems the cancellation is merited.

Confirming your Order: If you have provided a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail that confirms that we received and are processing your order.

Out-of-Stock Items : While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may be out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you want, you will be notified of this via email that the product will be ordered from the manufacturer and sent to you as soon as it is available. In some cases, your purchase may be drop-shipped from the manufacturer in efforts to expedite your purchase to you. Your credit card will not be billed for this item until the actual item is shipped to you.

Estimating Delivery Time: When trying to estimate when an order will be delivered to you, the purchaser should consider the following:

• Credit card approval and address verification must be received prior to processing.
• Express delivery orders received after 12 Noon ET will not be processed until the following day. Deliveries are made only on business days, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) per the carrier’s schedule. There are certain holidays when carriers do not pick up or deliver.
• Accuflite will not guarantee a shipping date unless the product is in stock, expedite shipping & handling is paid for in advance, and the order is received prior to 12 Noon ET that day.

If Accuflite has a question about your order, we will contact you either by phone or by e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). If Accuflite cannot get in touch with the purchaser via email or phone, Accuflite reserves the right to cancel the order at any time.

Billing and shipping addresses must be the same for orders accepted through Accuflite’s e-Store.

All invoiced, back-order items will be shipped in a first-invoiced, first-shipped basis.

International orders require special processing. Accuflite Sports is an experienced, licensed exporter of arms and accessories. Orders placed from overseas will automatically be put on hold and Accuflite will contact the purchaser to evaluate the order. 

Product Liability and Warranty Information:

Accuflite originates no expressed or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any product, including but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Purchaser agrees to hold Accuflite harmless for any loss, injury, damage, or liability of any nature caused by any failure, defect, or malfunction of any product sold or transferred to any person, firm, corporation or other entity. Accuflite relies solely on the manufacturer's warranty.

Accuflite is not liable for goods damaged by shipping carriers.

Please ship any product directly to the manufacturer for warranty-related issues to avoid delays. Accuflite relies on the manufacturer's warranty only and makes no warranties regarding the quality or fitness of any product manufactured by any party other than Accuflite.  The purchaser agrees to solely rely on manufacturer's warranties and to not hold Accuflite accountable for any warranty claims.

Shipping:

Accuflite ships via UPS, USPS, FedEx. Shipping on Accuflite’s website is based on current UPS shipping rates.

Shipping charges are based upon shipping weight and quantity and the customer’s preferred carrier. Please contact Accuflite for details.

Custom rifles are shipped in locked hard cases. Keys to the cases are shipped in advance to the legal intended recipient. Custom Rifles will not be shipped until possession of the keys is confirmed with the intended recipient.

Accuflite Arms, Inc. will arrange drop shipment of smokeless powder to qualified recipients.

Purchaser agrees to report all damaged goods to delivering carrier immediately upon receipt.

An import license and firm purchase order required to support export license application. Export license fees may apply.

Firearm Purchases:

A current, signed, FFL copy is required for shipment of any firearm in the USA and its territories.
